11 Taskbar Overview (Script)

 This tutorial describes the sections of the Windows taskbar.

The taskbar is usually at the bottom edge of the desktop.

This is the left part of the taskbar.
You click the start button on the left to display the start menu. From that menu, you can execute programs, view or change system settings, search for things on your computer. or shut down your computer The next part of the taskbar is the quicklaunch toolbar. You can put frequently used programs there. They're always visible, and you can execute them with a single left-click. The middle area is next and shows files and folders that are open on the desktop.

 This is the right part of the taskbar.
The notification area has icons from programs, has the icon for safely disconnecting devices plugged into your computer, and it shows the date and time. If you see this double arrow on the left of your notification area, clicking it will show more icons. The show desktop button is at the right end of the taskbar. Clicking this button hides all windows that are open on the desktop. These tutorials describe the sections of the taskbar.
